Heating Circulation Groups

The electric-controlled pumping unit with motorized 3-way mixing valve guarantees the correct flow-rate and a correct pumping head in all heating systems where a direct supply temperature control is necessary. The working temperature control, obtained thanks to the motor, allows a precise and modular management and control of the supply side of the system in cases when the temperature is different from the heating generator supply one.

Different kinds of motors are available on request.

The group is available in three different versions:

THE PRODUCT

The pumping unit with mixing valve guarantees the correct flow-rate and a correct pumping head in all heating systems where a direct supply temperature control is necessary. A precise and modular control of the temperature of the supply side is reached thanks to the electric motor in cases when this temperature is different from the generator supply side one.

The unit is supplied with a 3-way motorized thermostatic valve with a 3-point motor 230V. Other motor models are available upon request (3-points, proportional, 24V or 220V). The return side of the unit includes a service valve, thermometer, pipe with connection to the mixing valve and check valve. The check valve can be excluded from the unit during system maintenance operations. The supply side includes service valve, thermometer, pump and mixing valve. The unit is supplied with pump on the right supply side, but supply and return sides can be easily switched by simply opening the closure stirrup, inverting the two sides and re-closing the stirrup.

The unit is equipped with pump Grundfos UPM3 Hybrid, ErP-Ready.

The unit can be supplied with a by-pass valve in order to ensure a correct water circulation also if zone valves are installed. The insulating case has modern design and compact dimensions; it is in PPE material, density 45 Kg/mq and guarantees good isolation to all the elements and good thermal insulation. Installation and maintainability are easily reached.
