Heating Circulation Groups

The fixed point pumping unit with mixing valve guarantees the correct flow-rate and a correct pumping head in all heating systems where a direct supply temperature control is necessary. The working temperature is set on the thermostatic mixing valve in order to get an effective and safe control of the supply side of the system in cases when temperature is different from the heating generator supply one.

The thermostatic valve can is available with different calibration scales.

The group is available in three different versions:

Mixing fixed-point heating / cooling circulation group, supplied with DN25

THE PRODUCT

The pumping unit with fixed-point mixing valve guarantees the correct flow-rate and a correct pumping head in all heating systems where a direct supply temperature control is necessary.

The thermostatic mixing valve working temperature setting allows a good control of the supply side of the unit when this is different from the temperature of the supply side of the heat generator. The unit is equipped with a mixing valve that can be set at a temperature between 20° and 43°C. Mixing valves with other temperature ranges are available upon request. The return side of the unit includes a service valve, thermometer, pipe with connection to the thermostatic mixing valve and check valve. The check valve can be excluded from the unit during system maintenance operations. The supply side includes service valve, thermometer, pump and thermostatic mixing valve. The unit is supplied with pump on the right supply side. In some models, supply and return sides can be easily switched by simply opening the closure stirrup Other pumps are available upon request.

The unit is equipped with pump Grundfos UPM3 Hybrid, ErP-Ready.

The unit can be supplied with a by-pass valve in order to ensure a correct water circulation also if zone valves are installed. The insulating case has modern design and compact dimensions; it is in PPE material, density 45 Kg/mq and guarantees good isolation to all the elements and good thermal insulation. Installation and maintainability are easily reached.
